TL;DR:

RaZe is a P2P video call tool. We don’t host your video, don’t track you, and never will. Use it, love it, respect it.

Terms of Use

• RaZe is provided “as-is” with no express or implied warranties. Use it at your own discretion.
• By using RaZe, you agree not to engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior through the platform.
• Custom and paid links are non-transferable and subject to fair usage. Automated scraping or re-selling of links is prohibited.
• Permanent links won’t expire, but we reserve the right to revoke or disable them if used for spam, abuse, or unlawful activity.
• You must be 16 years or older to use RaZe, or have explicit parental/guardian consent. We do not knowingly permit underage users.

Privacy Policy

• RaZe uses peer-to-peer (WebRTC) technology. Your video/audio never passes through our servers.
• We do not track, fingerprint, log, analyze, or store any personal data. Not even cookies.
• Room IDs are randomly generated. No personal information is tied to them unless you use a custom link.
• Custom and upgraded links are stored only for routing purposes — not for analytics, ads, or profiling.
• We do not sell or share any data. Because we collect none.
• We use Firebase solely for non-identifying backend room routing — no analytics, ads, or tracking scripts are enabled.

Legal Compliance

• GDPR: We don’t process or store personal data — but EU users have the right to contact us for any concerns.
• CalOPPA: We do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not track.
• COPPA: We do not knowingly allow users under 13. If you're a parent and believe your child is using RaZe, contact us.

Billing & Refunds

Payments for RaZe+ and custom links are processed securely via third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe). Subscriptions are billed monthly until canceled. Custom link purchases are one-time and non-refundable unless a technical issue renders them unusable. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Abuse & DMCA Policy

If you believe someone is violating the law or your rights using RaZe, you may submit a complaint or takedown notice to support@razeio.live. We take all abuse reports seriously and will investigate accordingly.

Intellectual Property

The RaZe brand, logo, and software are copyright © 2025 by RaZe I/O. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the codebase or assets without explicit written permission.

Indemnity

By using RaZe, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RaZe and its creators from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the service — especially if you use it in violation of these terms.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and/or the jurisdiction of the creators (RaZe I/O). Any legal dispute must be filed in a competent court within that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll post them here. Your continued use of RaZe after changes means you accept the updated terms.
